Associates should submit the following documents along with
the payment in our offices to get the account activated.
- Payment - DD
- Company copy of duly filled and signed (Applicant and
Sponsor both) Smart Value Independent Registration Form.
- (Please read the terms and conditions carefully before
signing the form.)
- Duly filled and signed Product Order Form
- One Passport size photograph
- Photocopy of 10th class pass or appeared certificate
- If opted for the ITizen courses then duly filled and signed
ITizen registration form along with a copy of 10th class
appeared / passed certificate and two passport size photographs.
Please note, that the sole discretion of the payable commissions
under SmartValue business promotion lies with SmartValue Products and Services Ltd Such commissions, as determined by the company,
from time to time will be entirely based on your efforts and
performance assessed by the company. Any sales returns from
you or your downline associate would be counted as negative
income in your account and the company has the right to ask
you to return the commission amount paid to you on sales which
have been subsequently returned by the company.
An associate can earn commissions in two ways, Primary Commission
and Secondary Commission, apart from merchandising profits.
After selling products worth 200 miles (100 miles on the
right side and 100 miles on the left side), you will be eligible
to earn secondary commission.
Mechandising profits: By purchasing Smart Value products
for merchandising and reselling to others, you make merchandising
profits. These products are purchased at the associate price.
The difference between the associate price and the Maximum
retail price varies from product to product. For example:

Merchandise Profit = MRP-Associate Price = 2189-1824 = Rs

Primary Commission = 50% of 25.25 = 12.625 *40.25 = Rs 508.15
(Currently 1 mile = Rs 40.25)
Secondary Commission = 12.625*5 = Rs 63.13
(Rs 4500 for 900 miles, then 1 mile = Rs 5)
Total Commission = Merchandising Commission + Primary Commission
+ Secondary Commission
Total Commission = 365 + 508.15 + 63.13 = Rs 936 (rounded
off)
*My Miles: My Miles are Smart Miles that you accumulate through
direct purchases from company for merchandising. You can make
them through personal merchandising to preferred customers
of Smart Value products!
**Preferred Customers: Persons who purchase SmartValue products
exclusively for their own purpose and have no interest in
the Sales & Marketing Plan. They are not eligible to earn
any Smart Miles in order to gain commissions.
Apart from the retail profits you will earn primary commissions
for the products you sell to others and the purchases done
by the preffered customers. Based on accumulated My Miles
you earn each week you receive primary commissions in addition
to the retail profit. The number of miles allotted differ
from product to product. The detailed price list of all the
products and the corresponding miles will be displayed on
the web site of the company.
Profit from Preferred Customers**: Preferred customers are
the ones you have introduced, who buy products directly from
the company at Associate price. (Preferred customers do not
participate in the business opportunity.)
What is Primary Commission?
Commissions earned on purchases made by Preferred Customers
introduced by the associate, and on purchases made by associates
in excess of 100 Smart Miles. On all such purchases, 50% of
the miles associated with the product accrue to Primary Commission,
and the balance 50% accrue to Secondary Commission. All Primary
commissions are subject to the company's conditions in force
at the particular time.
What is Secondary Commission?
This is commission paid on the cumulative miles of purchase
by associates sponsored by you . These are subject to the
company's conditions.
