How can I enrol for the course?
You have to join as an associate or as a preferred customer with the company to attend the classes . You can register with the reference of the existing associates only. Once you register and pay the amount, you will be given a receipt. At the same time you need to fill in the course registration form. Take that receipt and the registration form to the concerned training center and you will be given the Identity card, Coupon and Course material there. You can attend the classes along with that Identity card at that training center.

"I have already joined as an associate by buying the SmartValue pack, but I am interested in joining the courses what I have to do "?
The associates can join for the course by paying the special price for the associates and join in the same manner as said above.

I have joined the course at one training center can I request for a change in the training center or timing ?
Generally the schedules for training are fixed and it will be difficult to accommodate new people in the new batches. But if you intimate us in advance we will try to accommodate in the new batch.

As of now the courses are available at Kolkata, Delhi centers only. Shortly we will be launching the courses in other cities also.

As these are short term courses, placement assiatance is not available.

What is Just SMS?
Just SMS is a facility to receive your legcount report, weekly commissions and the dispatch details on to your mobile. 2. Broad Band Internet connection - you need to have a broadband Internet connection with static IP. We have LAN Phone (Single user) and FXO (multi user), which are used to make international calls.

How to use the PC 2 Phone service?
On the back of the PC 2 Phone prepaid card you will have username (12 char) and password (8 char). Visit our website - www.smartfone.biz and download the free dialer. Set up the dialer on your system and you will see PC dialer ICON on your desktop. Double click on the icon and enter your username and password, now you will see the dialer. Now you can make international calls from your PC.

How do I Buy?
You can buy the cards available at the Regional offices or you can buy online from the website from your credit card. If you buy the cards online, you will be charged 5% service charge extra and we will email you the Username and Password once we receive the payment from the bank.

How do I check my account balance?
From your dialer click on account information, click on it will ask you from which date to which date you have to check. Once you give the dates, it will display the number, location, duration of the call and the charge incurred and the remaining balance. Once you open the dialer you will be able to see the option called "Remaining" which will show the balance minutes remaining on your card

What is the time duration of the usage?
The expiry of the card is 3 months from the first usage. So you can use the card for 3 months from the first time you logged on.

Which are all the countries that I can call?
Our service is available for almost 250 countries. You can make international calls to those countries for which the rates are available on our website.

No it is not legal to terminate VoIP calls within India. So you cannot make calls to destinations within India.

Will this card work with all ISPs?
It is up to the discretion of the ISP to allow the VoIP traffic through their network, if your ISP blocks, kindly get in touch with the ISP to release the same.

Using this card can I call to international locations from other countries?
This card can be used to make the calls originated from India only, and it is not permitted to make the calls from countries other than India.

What is the brand name of the VCD Player?

What about warranty for the VCD Player?
The product comes with 1 year sales warranty, and at Kolkata we will be having 2 service centers where they can go and get the player repaired. At other centers also we will be putting up service centers.

Is there any exchange in case of damage?
NO as the product is delivered over the counter, there will not be any damages and in case of any technical problems they can be repaired at the respective service centers.

How about delivery?
Delivery is only where the Regional office is existing. However if you want to purchase the product you can buy them at the Regional offices.
